The James Tea Company was established in 1988 by James and Shelia Kekelis. “Jim” devoted his entire career to the food and beverage industry, beginning as a stock clerk at Kroger in downtown Painesville, Ohio. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong passion for quality and hospitality, inspiring him to pursue new opportunities in food and drink.
Over the years, Jim’s dedication, values, and deep knowledge of the industry led him to found his own beverage company. His unwavering commitment to quality and creativity established a strong foundation for the continued growth and success of the James Tea Company.
